

Originally referred to as Immeuble-T, was constructed circa 1908 by Société Belge-Égyptienne de I’Ezbékieh for Khedieve Abbas Helmi II. Its façade was inspired by the Neo-Islamic or Neo-Mamluk architectural style that was popular in Cairo during the early 1900s.
